Return Eligibility

At CBETSHOP, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because all of our products are made-to-order (Print on Demand) and individually manufactured specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons such as changing your mind, ordering the wrong size, or selecting the wrong color.

However, we will gladly replace or refund your order if:

• Your item arrives damaged or defective.
• You receive the wrong item, size, color, or design.
• There is a manufacturing or printing defect.

To report an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at office@cbetshop.com.

Please include:

• Your order number.
• A brief description of the issue.
• Clear photos showing the defect or incorrect item.

Our support team will review your claim and respond as quickly as possible.

Return Process

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item, if a return is required.

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Because every order is custom printed after purchase, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selected by the customer.
• Incorrect color selected by the customer.
• Buyer's remorse.
• Customized or personalized products.
• Sale or clearance items.
• Gift cards.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges based on customer preference.

If we made an error or your item is defective, we will send you a replacement free of charge after your claim has been approved.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package by emailing office@cbetshop.com.

Please attach photographs of the item and packaging whenever possible.

Once your claim has been verified, we will provide either:

• A free replacement, or
• A full refund.

European Union Customers

Under EU consumer protection laws, products that are individually manufactured according to a customer's specifications (Print-on-Demand products) are generally exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal.

Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled or returned simply because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size.

This does not affect your legal rights if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. In these cases, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval.

Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
