1. Shipping & Delivery TimesThe total time it takes for your order to arrive consists of two parts:
- Production Time (Fulfillment): It takes between 2 and 5 business days to prepare and print your design onto the selected product (t-shirt or bag).
- Transit Time (Shipping): Once the product is ready, delivery to European countries usually takes between 5 and 10 business days.
- Total Estimated Time: 7 – 20 business days.
2. Which couriers do we use?To guarantee the safety of your shipment, we work with established international logistics companies such as DPD, DHL, UPS, and their local partners (like Speedy or Econt for Bulgaria). The system automatically selects the fastest and most reliable route to your address.
3. Order TrackingAs soon as your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor your package's movement in real time all the way to your address.
4. Free shipping is included in the price of every order.
5. To ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible, please double-check that you have provided a complete and accurate shipping address, along with a correct phone number.
6. Important note: Since our products are custom-made for you, different items (such as t-shirts, bags, and backpacks) are produced in separate facilities. For this reason, if you order a combination of items, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times. Of course, shipping remains completely free for you!
